So here I sit doing something I have always loved doing. I'm sitting on my porch watching the rain and listening to the thunder (and no Mom and J, it doesn't smell NEAR as good as the last rain I smelled.) Although I'm getting a little paranoid about the laptop getting wet 'cause it's getting a bit windy. Perhaps I'll go get a book.

It rained here all day too! It didn't have the smell though, if that makes you feel any better. Must have been too wet to start with.
I agree...it was raining in Odessa today, too, but it didn't have the wet dirt smell mixed in...probably cause it had been raining off and on all week. It had quit raining by the time I got home to SA, but it was still wet and cool. Ahhh...
